Please note that the first Wednesday of each month the hospital will be closing at 6:00pm.

Appointment Policy

At Community Animal Hospital, we care about our patients as if they were our own pets. We want each of them to receive the best possible care and treatment. In order to ensure that this happens, we operate primarily by scheduled appointments. We will always prioritize emergency cases and we sincerely apologize for any appointment delays this may cause. It is our commitment to make the best effort to see each of our patients on time.

In order to make our veterinary care as convenient as possible for our clients, we do offer the option of scheduled drop-off appointments. Our doctors will conduct the examination in between appointments or during the time set aside for admitted patients. Once the examination is completed, the doctor will contact you to discuss diagnosis and discharge instructions. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a drop-off for your pet.

Please remember that all pets’ vaccinations must be up-to-date for the safety of all of our patients.

At Community Animal Hospital, we require full payment for services at the time of your appointment. We accept the following payment options:

Patient Arrival Policy

We require all patients to be secured when arriving at the hospital. They should be on a leash and controlled or in a closed pet carrier before entering our waiting area. Some pets may be anxious or stressed on arrival and keeping everyone secured is the best way to ensure that all pets and owners are safe.
